These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Driftly ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Driftly is an online store operated from Spain and powered by Shopify. You can contact us at driftlypremium@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including features, materials, dimensions and session times, based on information provided by the manufacturer. Colors and images may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor differences in packaging may occur.
4. Not a medical device
Driftly Steam Eye Mask is a comfort and relaxation product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have any eye or health condition, consult a doctor before use.
5. Safe use
By using Driftly, you agree to follow the included manual and these safety guidelines:
- Remove contact lenses and eye makeup before each session.
- Do not use on broken, irritated or inflamed skin, or after recent eye surgery or treatment.
- If you have an eye condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the product is suitable for you, consult a doctor before use.
- Stop using the product immediately if you feel excessive heat, discomfort or irritation.
- Do not use while sleeping, driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires your vision.
- Not intended for children. Keep the product and its cable out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not use while charging. Charge only with the supplied cable, away from water and heat, and do not leave it charging unattended.
- Do not submerge the device in water. Clean it only as described in the manual.
- Do not open, modify or attempt to repair the device.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
7. Promotions and discounts
Automatic discounts, such as "2 for $79.99", apply only while active and as shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, promotions can't be combined with other offers and have no cash value.
8. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order in case of a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or if the product becomes unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. You will receive an email confirming your order.
9. Shipping
We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free. Delivery times and details are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. This includes our 7-day promise for damaged, defective or wrong items.
11. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to copy or scrape its content, or to submit false or misleading information, including fake reviews or fraudulent orders.
13. Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm that it is truthful and your own, and you give us permission to display it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.
14. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos and the Driftly name, belongs to Driftly or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written consent.
15. Third-party services
Our website may include links to or tools from third parties, such as payment providers, shipping carriers and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
16. Disclaimer
Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated on our website or required by law. Results and sensations may vary from person to person.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driftly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including damages caused by use contrary to the safety instructions above or the included manual. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
